In 1991, William Lin began assembling a team of building experts to construct a 21st century talent pool that would stand apart and stand for something. Today we pride ourselves on our legacy of seeking out challenging and complicated projects that reflect this vision.

Development

A significant amount of development revolves around managing risk. One way of managing risk is to do things the way they have been done before. Our approach is to do things better than they have been done before. To be better we have to be different. To improve we have to take some risks.

Construction

We aspire to be agile and move quickly and efficiently to see our thoughts in action, and have therefore added our own construction team that frees us from dependence on outside contractors. This allows for better timelines, controlled budgets and enhanced quality. Every build is now, more than ever, a true testament to our brand.


IBI Group is at the forefront of shaping the urban environment.  Whether the task is ‘city building’ or designing individual developments, IBI Group seeks sustainability, which can be defined as meeting the needs of the present without preventing future generations from meeting their own needs – by making decisions based on social, environmental and economic factors.

Cause+Affect is a multi-disciplinary design firm that has created award-winning residential projects in Canada and the UK. The firm recognizes that issues surrounding “green” development start with increased density and smaller living environments. For this reason, they have focused much of their residential work on the design of innovative small space living concepts as well as new materials research.

eckford + associates is a highly skilled, professional team, whose strength lies in its strong commitment to a design process that integrates architecture with the land, creating appropriate spaces for a broad range of human activities. This approach requires an expertise in site analysis, planning, sustainable design, and documentation as well as a thorough knowledge of local micro climates, soils, plants, and ecology.
